ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by AFT Events or other series event promoters generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. For some events, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or higher price. A per ticket exchange fee may apply. Exceptions include VIP, Platinum and other premium tickets, tickets purchased through resale, tickets purchased with additional related items and/or bundled products. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original onsale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. Seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout; however, they are subject to change at any time and refunds are not allowed if the map is updated or if additional seats/rows are added or seats change as a result of a venue change after purchase. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads or hotel/festival packages.
You acknowledge all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Upon admission, ticket holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, by laws, regulations and venue rules. Failure to comply with venue may result in ejection from the event. Ejection cancels this ticket and forfeits any claim to a refund. This ticket can not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Lost and/or stolen tickets will not be honored. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancellation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
AFT Events will not offer refunds for any of its postponed events, due to rain delay or other unforeseeable or unavoidable delay in race activity. However, if an event is cancelled and AFT Events has authorized a refund for a ticket due to the cancellation, we will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. In no event will shipping charges or any other amounts be refunded. Refund claims must be filed with the event organizer no later than 30 days after the event was to occur. For ticket insurance refunds (if applicable), please contact the insurance provider. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Special Disclaimer: Tickets purchased for 2020 events promoted by AFT Events which were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and not rescheduled during the 2020 season are eligible to receive AFT store credit or a refund for up to 18 months from the date of the originally scheduled event. Tickets which were originally purchased for events which were rescheduled and took place during the 2020 season will be eligible to convert into AFT store credit for up to 18 months from the date of the originally scheduled event or the end of the 2021 season, whichever occurs first.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
